The Cilhendre

National
Botanical Garden of Wales. One of Wales' top visitor
attractions with a huge range of plants and gardens which
are open to the public.
Afan Argoed
(Afan Forest)
Country Park - a beautiful country park popular with
walkers and famous for its challenging mountain bike tracks.

Mumbles and The
Gower coastline - ideal for surfers, water sports
fans, walkers, families and sun bathers. The Gower was the
first place in the UK to be designated as 'An Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty'
The National Showcaves
Centre for Wales at Dan-yr-Ogof.
This is one of Wales' top
award-winning attractions. It is the largest Show cave
Complex in Northen Europe. It also has one of the largest
Dinosaur Parks plus a Shire Horse Centre, play barn and
karting track. It is very popular with families.
Vale of Neath Waterfalls.
There are stunning waterfalls in
this part of the world including the famous
Aberdulais Falls which was immortalised by the artist
Turner.
Margam Country Park.
Well worth a visit. Over 1,000 acres of parkland including a
Castle, an 18th century Orangery and a Mansion House. Ideal
day out and for picnics. Regular events include
International Hot Balloon Festival.
The Chocolate Factory.
Go along to Swansea's Michton chocolate factory and enjoy a
guided tour. Very popular with children and chocoholics!
